LRS :LRS means Layout regularization scheme .we can regularized un approved layout or un approved property under this scheme.
Un approved Layout means layout not have permissions from competent authorities. 
Telangana government plan to keep irregular properties in prohibited list it's means registration prohibited (No sale and no purchase)
Mandate documents for LRS submission
1)Sale Deed
2) Layout copy
3) Site plan with owner and architect signature
4)Market value certificate from sub registrar
5)EC
6)Link Document if property Registered after 28-10-2015
7) Geo-coordinates if your property affected proposed roads

BRS :BRS means Building regularisation scheme if your building had not permitted by competent authorities (Un approved building)or your building has permission but deviated from sanction plan than you should apply to BRS
